Chilled Sago Cream with Fresh Mango Juice & Pomelo
Ingredients(Serves 4)
- 400g mango, peeled and
seeded
- 90ml coconut milk
- 150ml milk
- 40g sago, cooked
- 100g rock sugar
- 100ml water
- 120g pomelo segments,
membranes removed
Method
- Puree the mango in a food
processor.
- Boil the water with rock
sugar to make a syrup.
- Tear the pomelo segments
into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients
together and chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve
cold, in a bowl.
