Executive Chef Jiang Zhi Tian
Jiang Zhi Tian has worked in Chinese kitchens since 1998, and has been part of
the Shangri-La family as First Wok in Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing and Executive
Sous Chef in Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian. He is renowned for his
excellent chopper and wok skills, and won a gold medal in a 2003 cooking
competition while working in Zhe Jiang province.
