Executive Chef 

Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, award-winning Executive Chef Emil Minev has more than 20 years of international culinary experience. He has trained under the guidance of acclaimed chefs in prestigious cooking institutes including the Alain Ducasse Formation Centre in Paris, El Bulli in Barcelona and Le Cordon Bleu Institute in London.

Creative and contemporary, Chef Emil likes to tailor his cuisine according to the fresh local produce available. Inspired by the variety of local ingredients found in the surrounding waters and neighbouring farms, Chef Emil promises to delight guests with innovative recipes. Encounter fresh tuna fused with papaya and discover coconut metamorphosed into a subtle dessert.
