Chef Tran Chung

Vietnamese Chef Tran Chung began his career in 1999 in Hanoi as a cook in a seafood restaurant. His skills were soon recognized and he became head chef in 2003. Chef Chung left Vietnam to join Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai in 2005 as sous chef, and has been inspiring our diners at Hoi An ever since.
