8. Benefits are eligible only for qualifying bookings made under The Shangri-La Gold Ambassadors rate code.

9. Guests can earn Shangri-La Circle reward points on eligible booking.

10. All reservations are subject to the participating hotel’s standard reservation terms and conditions.

11. A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. The agency must refrain from using any client credit card as rates are confidential to the certified member only.
