Huai Yang Style Boiled Bean Curd Skin

Ingredients

  • 10g jin hua ham
  • 10g chicken breast
  • 100g shrimp
  • 10g ginger
  • 10g mushroom
  • 10g oil
  • 10g chicken powder
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 20g salt
  • 400g bean curd skin

Method

  1. Shred the bean curd skin and boil for a while.
  2. Slice the shrimp and mushroom and boil.
  3. Add the shredded bean curd skin, shrimp and mushroom to the other ingredients and cook until soft.
