Huai Yang Style Boiled Bean Curd Skin
Ingredients
- 10g jin hua ham
- 10g chicken breast
- 100g shrimp
- 10g ginger
- 10g mushroom
- 10g oil
- 10g chicken powder
- 200ml chicken stock
- 20g salt
- 400g bean curd skin
Method
- Shred the bean curd
skin and boil for a while.
- Slice the shrimp and
mushroom and boil.
- Add the shredded bean
curd skin, shrimp and mushroom to the other ingredients and cook until soft.
