Born and raised in Guandong, Chinese Executive Chef Raymond Huang Weiwen has an inherent passion and talent for Cantonese cuisine. He has superb cooking skills and over 20 years of experience in preparing Cantonese cuisine. Prior to his appointment at Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian, he served in many five-star hotels and top restaurants around China, and prepared Chinese feasts for national leaders and heads of state who visited China.
