How many kinds of Non-Room Awards are available for redemption?

Non-Room Awards include food and beverage and CHI, The Spa vouchers.


Where can I redeem for Non-Room Awards?

You can redeem Non-Room Awards at the Golden Circle website www.goldencircle.shangri-la.com or by calling Golden Circle Member Services. A confirmation e-mail with a redemption award reference number will be sent to you after the completion of the redemption. Advance reservation must be made with the relevant food and beverage outlets or CHI, The Spa.


What is the validity of Non-Room Awards Redemption?

A Non-Room Award confirmation is valid for six months from the date of redemption. The validity of the Non-Room Award cannot be extended.


How do I validate the Non-Room Award redemption?

Simply follow the few steps below:

  • Make a reservation at the selected hotel’s food and beverage outlets or CHI, The Spa.
  • Print the Non-Room Award redemption confirmation e-mail and present it at the selected hotel's Business Centre in exchange for a GC redemption voucher.
  • Present the GC redemption voucher at the time of payment.
  • The GC redemption voucher issued must be used on the date of validation.


Can I cancel my Non-Room Awards as long as they are not expired?

No cancellation is allowed for Non-Room Awards redemption once it has been redeemed.


Can I change the pre-selected hotel or type of voucher after the Non-Awards redemption is confirmed?

No amendment is allowed for a Non-Room Awards redemption once it has been redeemed.


What will happen if the service or product is not available at food and beverage outlets or CHI, The Spa on the date of validation?

Hotels do not guarantee the availability of the service or product provided at food and beverage outlets or CHI, The Spa. Advance reservation must be made with the relevant food and beverage outlets or CHI, The Spa to avoid disappointment.


Can GC redemption vouchers be used at any of the food and beverage outlets of the hotel?

GC redemption vouchers can only be used at participating food and beverage outlets, excluding third party outlets that are contracted out by the hotel.


Can I change the date or venue after the GC redemption voucher is issued?

No. GC redemption vouchers can only be used at participating food and beverage outlets or CHI, The Spa at the pre-selected hotel on the date of validation.


Will hotels accept a GC redemption voucher used by a person other than me or my nominee listed on the voucher?

No. The GC redemption voucher is non-transferable and will be deemed void if another person attempts to use it.


Can I use a GC redemption voucher to settle the charges on food and beverage or CHI, The Spa upon check-out?

No. A GC redemption voucher cannot be used to settle charges if the expenses from food and beverage outlets or CHI, The Spa are charged to a room account.
