Chef de Cuisine Jessie Roxas
Chef De Cuisine Jessie Roxas, a native of Batangas, Philippines, began his culinary journey in 1996. He steadily climbed the ranks from line chef and eventually earned the title of Chef de Cuisine at age 27, after working for various established restaurants in Metro Manila.
In 2005, he started his career abroad working for several award-wining restaurants at five-star hotels in the Middle East, where he fervently honed his passion for modern gastronomy and received various accolades.
Chef Jessie brings a fresh take in highlighting the flavours of seafood, from basic to the most complex.
