Chef Hao jinyang
At the Noodle Bar, Chef Hao is armed with the mission to promote the quality and diversity of Chinese noodles to the world. Ten years ago, he started by working in the kitchens of various noodle restaurants, eventually moving to work in the noodle kitchens of five-star hotels in Shanxi province.
His hard work started to pay off in 2008, when, at a cultural festival in his home town of Taiyuan, Shanxi, his noodle dish entry garnered the top prize as well as a gold certificate for excellence from the Ministry of Culture.
