Taxi operators like Xiali and Qiya charge RMB 5 for the first 2 kilometres and

Trains offer an efficient,
scenic way of travelling within China, and link most parts of the country with
reliable service.
You may travel in one of
four classes: Soft Seat or Soft Sleeper with air-conditioning; and the Hard
Seat or Hard Sleeper.
The
Beihai / Nanning Trains depart Beihai at 9:24am and 11:50am daily and arrive in Nanning
three hours later.

Boat
The International Ferry Terminal serves Haikou on
Hainan and the nearby island of Weizhou. The boat to Haikou leaves Beihai at 6pm. Boats to Weizhou island leave Beihai at 8:30am, 11:15am and 4pm.
