Helmed by Chinese Executive Chef Tim Liao, over 60 kinds of authentic Cantonese dim sum, snacks, rice and noodles as well as desserts are available. The menu mixes classic Cantonese flavours with the chef's latest creations. Chef Liao recommends the nourishing Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Home-Made Rice Flour Rolls, Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Beef, Barbequed Honey Pork Puff and Backed Durian Pastry. The "all you can eat" dim sum brunch is available at only Rmb98 plus 15 per cent service charge every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
