Chef Jeff Tan
Malaysian-born Chef Jeff Tan began his culinary career in Kuala Lumpur and honed his Cantonese-style cooking skills and techniques through various apprenticeships and supervisory level appointments. His journey continued in Dubai where he received gold and silver awards at the 2009 Emirates Salon Culinaire. In addition, he has participated in various culinary competitions in Malaysia and Taiwan. With over a decade of culinary experience, Chef Tan ensures that authentic Cantonese cuisine continues to contribute to the culinary excellence of the hotel and the capital.
