Spain's two-starred Michelin chef, Sergi Arola, is bringing his first restaurant to the Middle East. Previously the celebrated seafood restaurant Pearls & Caviar, this brand new five-star tapas concept will revolutionise the two-level venue and feature Sergi’s signature menus with dishes from across the globe and The Gin Bar with a selection of quirky infused drinks. What's more, p&c by Sergi Arola will house a jazz radio station that will broadcast live from the restaurant daily.
This new restaurant concept will be launched at the end of April. Until then, the service at Pearls & Caviar will remain the same.
