Embark on a culinary journey celebrating Anatolia’s finest seasonal harvests at IST TOO. Led by Executive Chef Şevket Cihan, the Farm-to-Table Experience showcases ingredients from Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul’s own garden, alongside carefully selected local producers, transformed into contemporary interpretations of regional cuisine.
Discover signature creations including the Yedikule Salad with Urla artichokes and Çanakkale asparagus, Balıkesir Lamb Shashlik with smoked Kars graviera and firik pilaf, and Aegean Sea Bass with Urla artichoke purée, all served against the breathtaking backdrop of the Bosphorus.
