Ingredients

  • 60g shrimps
  • 30g bok choy
  • 20g mushrooms
  • 25g bamboo shoot
  • 20g pork oil
  • 5g chicken powder
  • 30g pork
  • 20g dried shrimp
  • 300g rice
  • 10ml Shaoxing wine

Method

  1. In a wok, fry the shrimp, bok choy, mushroom, bamboo shoot, pork and dried shrimp.
  2. Add the rice and stir fry until well mixed.
  3. Drip Shaoxing wine around the wok and mix quickly before serving.
