Braised Dried Bean Curd filled with Assorted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 80g bean sprouts
  • 40g carrots
  • 50g lily flowers
  • 50g bamboo shoots
  • 50g dried tofu
  • 10g potato starch
  • 2 pcs bean curd
  • 10g sugar
  • 10g soy sauce
  • 5g mushroom
  • 15g tomato sauce

Method

  1. Slice carrots, lily flowers, bamboo shoots, dried tofu and mushrooms.
  2. Fry with sugar, soy sauce and potato starch.
  3. Roll it up in the bean curd and deep fry.
  4. Braise the rolls with tomato sauce. Serve.
