Braised Shrimp with Pickled Chilli


  • 300g shrimp 
  • 200g celery
  • 50g shallot
  • 100g pickled chilli 
  • 20g black fungus


  • 10g vinegar
  • 10g oyster oil
  • 5g sugar
  • 10g chicken powder
  • 10g ginger
  • 10g garlic


  1. After washing the shrimps, boil them for 10 seconds.
  2. Cut the chilli, ginger and garlic. Stir fry the dressing in a pan with boiled pickled chilli oil. 
  3. Pour prepared chicken soup and cook for 2 to 3 minutes in the pan.
  4. Put cooked shrimps into pan and cover it. Stew for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken powder, sugar, vinegar and oyster oil into the pot. Stir fry for a minute, and serve hot.
