Tenancy Terms
- Minimum stay of one month is required.
- For tenancy of less than six months, a security deposit of a one-month rental plus one month advance rental is required.
- For tenancy of more than six months, a security deposit of a two-month rental plus one month advance rental is required.
- All incidentals charged to the apartment must be paid by the end of each month.
