Abalones
The selection is made of dried abalones that have been around for more than ten years, using the traditional technique of soaking, simmering and baking. They are repeatedly simmered for seven days and have a fragrant and smooth taste, with a soft and glutinous texture.
Barbecue Pork
Barbecue Pork, as a traditional Cantonese cuisine, boldly uses snowflake beef and stir-fried with rose salt & liquor on site, maintaining the atmosphere and flavor of the beef when served. The beef is fresh and tender, and melts instantly upon entry.
Chickens
When breeding, sunflower seeds are used as the main feed, and chickens that have been kept in the garden for about 150 days. They are supplied in limited quantities every day, with yellow skin and crispy bones, sweet and tender meat, and a strong sunflower seed fragrance still remaining in the bone marrow.
