Jinyue curates a re-interpretation of classical Teochew cuisine by creatively blending authentic traditional flavors with innovative cooking techniques to bring about a new contemporary Chinese cuisine style. Inspired by the Auspicious Cranes artwork of Emperor Huizong, Song Dynasty, the dining space is designed with elements such as flowing mists and flying cranes, clouds and rare stones that extends a subtle artistic touch, expressing the exquisite, elegant, and simple aesthetics enjoyed during the Song Dynasty. The dining ambience seeks to provide an oasis of calm for diners to enjoy a memorable culinary experience. This venue does not participate in the Shangri-La Circle programme.
