Steamed Shredded Chicken, Abalone & Bamboo Roots

Ingredients

  • 50g shredded chicken
  • 1 piece (78gm) abalone
  • 50g Yunnan ham
  • 70g beancurd
  • 50g bamboo roots  
  • 50g mushroom
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Thinly and evenly slice all ingredients in matchstick sizes.
  2. Place all sliced ingredients in superior stock.
  3. Add salt and sugar to taste.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes and arrange all items in a bowl.
  5. Steam for 30 minutes.
  6. Invert the bowl onto a plate and serve.
