Toro Sashimi

Ingredients

  • 100g fresh tuna toro
  • 30g Japanese Kyuri cucumber
  • 50g white radish
  • 1 pc ooba
  • 5g wasabi

Method

  1. Remove the skin of the toro and trim the outside portion.
  2. Slide the toro into a block 2 inches in width.
  3. With single strokes, slice the toro diagonally into even pieces.
  4. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi. Garnish with cucumber, radish and ooba leaf.
