  • 100ml chicken stock
  • 1g cinnamon
  • 1g star anise
  • 2g ginger
  • 5g shallots
  • 25g noodles
  • 5g spring onions
  • 5ml fish sauce
  • 5g sugar
  • 25g beef


  1. Sauté the ginger, shallot, cinnamon and star anise until fragrant.
  2. Add the mixture to the chicken stock and stir gently.
  3. Add fish sauce and sugar to taste.
  4. Blanch the noodles and beef in hot water.
  5. In a soup bowl, put the noodles and thinly sliced beef, then add the soup.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander.
