  • 4 pcs chicken tikka, cooked
  • 5g kastoori methi powder
  • 10g butter
  • 25ml cream
  • 5g garam masala powder
  • 5g salt
  • 100g tomato
  • 10g ginger
  • 20g garlic
  • 10g ground chilli
  • 5g cardamom
  • 2g cinnamon
  • 2g mace


  1. Cook the chicken tikka in the tandoor and keep aside.
  2. Boil the tomato in a pot with ginger, garlic, green chilli and spices for 30 minutes.
  3. Blend the tomatoes and cook another 15 minutes with butter.
  4. Add the chicken tikka to the makhani sauce and add cream, garam masala powder and kastoori methi powder.
  5. Check the seasoning and serve hot with steamed rice.
