Sautéd Scallops with Broccoli and Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients

  • 150g scallops
  • 150g broccoli
  • 20g macadamia nuts
  • 10g garlic
  • 5g ginger
  • 10g button mushrooms
  • 30g cooking oil
  • 10g chicken stock powder
  • 5g sugar
  • 1g salt
  • 2g starch powder
  • 50g chicken stock
  • 10g cooking wine
  • 10g carrot flowers (for decoration)

Method

  1. Blanch the vegetables and macadamia nuts. Set aside.
  2. Caramelize the scallops in oil then stir-fry with ginger and garlic.
  3. Add seasoning and a splash of cooking wine.
  4. Add vegetables and mix well.
  5. Garnish with carrot flowers.
