Crispy lobster with oatmeal

Ingredients (recipe for 1 serving)

  • 160g baby lobster
  • 2g chilli
  • 3g curry leaf
  • 40g oatmeal
  • 5ml dark soy sauce
  • 5g chicken powder
  • 3g salt
  • 40g crispy coating powder
  • 20g butter
  • Sesame oil (to taste)

Method

  1. Remove the shell of baby lobster, coat with crispy coating batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  2. Shred curry leaf and chilli, stir fry with butter until fragrant and return lobster to wok. Covered with oatmeal and serve.
