Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 50g superior dried sandworms
  • 200g coarse salt

Method

  1. Remove the sha xian from the dried sandworms.
  2. Heat the coarse salt in a wok and stir constantly.
  3. Place the dried sandworms into the wok, and stir-fry slowly until they turn crisp and golden yellow.

Tip

  • When frying the sandworms, stir slowly and pay attention to the heat setting.
