Deep-fried King Prawns in Sliced Dough Sheet

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 100g king prawns
  • 50g sliced dough sheet
  • 30g Thousand Island dressing


  1. Remove the shells and clean the prawns.
  2. Deep-fry the dough sliced sheets until golden yellow.
  3. Dice some green and red pepper.
  4. Deep-fry some walnuts with honey and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  5. Deep-fry the preserved king prawns and add Thousand Island dressing.
  6. Place the king prawns on the deep-fried dough slice sheets.
  7. Place walnuts around the plate.


  • Do not deep-fry the prawns for too long. Pay attention to the heat setting instead.
