Braised Crab with Rice Cake in Sauce


  • Hand-crafted rice cake
  • Sea crab
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Chicken essence
  • Soy sauce
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Pork oil


  1. Clean the sea crab and cut into pieces. Peel and slice the onion.
  2. Warm the oil and stir-fry crab with selected seasoning.
  3. Continue stir-frying with some water and the diced rice cake. Add some soy sauce to maintain its colour.
  4. Plate the rice cake and crab with some drips of pork oil to enhance the flavour.
