Australian Angus Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients: 

  • 120gm Australian Black Angus Beef Tenderloin
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Sliced fresh White Onion
  • 5gm Wasabi
  • 10gm Deep Fried Garlic Flakes
  • Sanshio Pepper Sea Salt

Sanshio Pepper Sea Salt (Japanese Pepper Sea Salt) 

  • 10gm Sanshio Pepper
  • 30gm Sea Salt

Method: 

  1. Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
  2. Drizzle with some oil on the teppanyaki hot plate then cook the beef for 1 minute each side.
  3. Serve the beef with wasabi, Sanshio pepper sea salt, sliced fresh white onion and garlic flakes.
