Sautéd Razor Shell with Crab Meat and Crab Roe

Ingredients

  • 600g razor shell
  • 200g asparagus
  • 50g radish
  • 20g crab roe with crab meat
  • 10g red chilli
  • 5g peeled ginger
  • 5g salt
  • 5g chicken powder

Method

  1. Clean the razor shell.
  2. Steam radish with rice powder. Shred and cut the radish into small pieces ready for use.
  3. Clean the asparagus and slice it for use.
  4. Fry asparagus first and display on plate.
  5. Fry all raw materials together with crab roes, peeled ginger, red chilli and put on the top of asparagus. Serve hot.
