Ingredients

• 30g Yunnan Matsutake
• 75g yellow pepper
• 75g red pepper
• 150g conch sheet
• 50g white mushroom
• 10g old dry mother sauce

Method

1. Wash the fresh Song Gong, peel and slice.

2. Wash red pepper and cut back.

3. In hot pot with oil, saute red pepper, yellow pepper, white mushrooms. Add conch and Laoganma sauce. Continue to stir fry until the mixture thickens.
