Ingredients

  • 10g black truffle sauce
  • 30g oats
  • 1 piece large shrimp
  • 75g egg white
  • 15g pumpkin mud
  • 50g clear chicken soup

Method

1. First large prawns do rejuvenation treatment, clean and spare, oat steamed spare.
