Pan-fried Diced Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper
Ingredients
- 250g beef fillet
- 10g garlic
- 10g spring onion
- 10g coriander
Seasoning
- Salt
- Sugar
- Maggi soya sauce
- Black pepper
Method
- Dice beef into cubes
- Marinade beef in the seasoning for 10 minutes, turning to coat occasionally
- Pan-fry the diced beef until medium/well
- Garnish
