Chicken and Baby Abalone with Ginger and Garlic
Ingredients
- 250g fresh abalone
- 600g chicken
- 50ml seafood sauce
- 50g ginger
- 80g garlic
- 50g spring onion
Method
- Heat clay pot for a few minutes then put ginger, garlic and spring onion into clay pot
- Add chicken into the combination
- After about 10 minutes, add in fresh abalone
- Cook for about 3 minutes
