Chicken and Baby Abalone with Ginger and Garlic

Ingredients 

  • 250g fresh abalone
  • 600g chicken
  • 50ml seafood sauce
  • 50g ginger
  • 80g garlic
  • 50g spring onion

Method 

  1. Heat clay pot for a few minutes then put ginger, garlic and spring onion into clay pot
  2. Add chicken into the combination
  3. After about 10 minutes, add in fresh abalone
  4. Cook for about 3 minutes
