Sea Urchin Pudding


  • 140g fresh sea urchin
  • 100g fresh cream
  • 2 pc fresh eggs
  • 378g fresh milk
  • 2pc stick gelatine
  • 18cc soy sauce
  • 18cc sweet cooking sake


  1. Mix above ingredients with strained sea urchin into cup steam.
  2. Bake for 8 minutes with conventional oven.
  3. Dish it on small glass with consommé jelly.

Children's Meal Plan

For registered hotel guests, children under the age of 6 can enjoy complimentary buffet meals accompanied by a paying adult, up to a maximum of 2 children. In excess of 2 children under the age of 6 and for all children above 6 and below 12, a 50% discount of the buffet price will be given.

For non-registered guests, 50% discount will be given on buffet meals for children under the age of 12.
