How to Use:

  1. Log in to your account, and click ‘Account Profile' on the website or ‘Account’ on the app
  2. Click ‘e-Gift Vouchers’, and select ‘Redeem e-Gift Voucher‘
  3. Enter your redemption code, and click "Redeem Now" to complete the redemption
  4. The system will send a message to the user account and email to the registered email within 15 minutes.
  5. You can then view the Vouchers on the “e-Gift Voucher” page.

How to use HKTVmall e-voucher

  1. Add products to your ’shopping cart’
  2. Click “Apply HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers“ in the shopping cart.
  3. Select the quantity you use for this order, and check whether the deduction amount is correct in "Total Payment".

Card Terms and Conditions:

  1. You must log in to your HKTVmall account to redeem the e-vouchers.
  2. This e-voucher can only be used for online purchases on HKTVmall through its website (www.hktvmall.com) or mobile applications. (This e-voucher is not applicable on shopping in HKTVmall O2O shop, online shopping at HKTV Lite, payment by HKTVpay, transactions made at HKTVexpress, or any add-on app or service).
  3. HKTVmall e-vouchers can be redeemed in Macau and used in “Ship to Macau” orders.
  4. The redemption code can only redeem the assigned quantity and amount of HKTVmall e-vouchers.
  5. The redemption code can only be redeemed once.
  6. Once the redemption code is redeemed successfully, the HKTVmall e-vouchers will be sent into your account and it cannot be transferred to other accounts.
  7. This e-voucher cannot be used to purchase HKTVmall e-vouchers, Pre-Sale Fruits (O2O Pickup Only), AXA Insurance products, all products in gift card & e-voucher category (including Google Play Gift Code, App Store & iTunes Gift Card and music platform, streaming and gaming gift card).
  8. The redemption code/ e-voucher cannot be exchanged to cash or Mall Dollar cash rebate.
  9. The redemption code cannot be used to settle any delivery charges and/ or extra charges arising from merchant delivery.
  10. No refund or exchange for Mall Dollar will be made for any unused balance of the e-voucher.
  11. The e-voucher can only be applied to HKTVmall orders by an individual customer for daily consumption. No bulk purchase or commercial purpose order using e-vouchers is allowed. If any violations are found, orders will be cancelled without notice and without any refund or compensation.
  12. Maximum of 10 e-vouchers can be used in each order.
  13. Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen of the redemption code or e-voucher.
  14. Terms and conditions is applied for the HKTVmall e-voucher.
  15. In case of any disputes, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall govern the redemption, transfer, use and other activities or dealings involving e-gift cards issued by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). By redeeming e-gift cards, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

  • Only Shangri-La Circle (“SLC”) members are eligible to purchase products available at www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrilacircle/redeem-points/lifestyle/product-categories/egift-cards/ (“Website”) by redeeming Shangri-La Circle Points for e-gift cards.
  • All products available on the Website are provided by Wogi Pte.Ltd. (“Wogi”) for use in the specified country or region and are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each product as described on the Website. For any product enquiries, you may contact Wogi at [email protected].
  • Product information on the Website is provided by Wogi. We cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, correct or up-to-date. Wogi remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the product information displayed on the Website.
  • You may purchase e-gift card(s) for your own use or for other individuals as a gift or accept e-gift card(s) as a gift from other SLC members, subject to these terms and conditions and the specific product terms and conditions. For clarification, certain products do not allow gift or transfer of e-gift card(s) so you must review the specific product terms and conditions before completing the redemption process.
  • A SLC member must have a valid email address to complete the redemption process.
  • SLC Points, as indicated on the product redeemed, will be deducted from the SLC member’s account at the time of redemption.
  • Once a SLC member has submitted his/her request for redemption of an e-gift card, a first confirmation email with a redemption award reference number will be sent to the SLC member. Upon receipt of the first confirmation email, the SLC member cannot cancel, modify or withdraw his/her request nor ask for refund, unless otherwise approved by us.
  • The SLC member will receive a second confirmation email with the e-gift card from Wogi within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the first confirmation email from us. If the SLC member does not receive the second confirmation email with the e-gift card from Wogi, the SLC member may contact Wogi at [email protected] with the redemption award reference number and the original email address used for redemption for further assistance.
  • By submitting the redemption request, you agree that your personal details (including full name, email address and contact information) will be shared with Wogi in order for Wogi to process the issuance and delivery of the e-gift card(s) to you. This will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Wogi's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the sharing of your information with Wogi, you must not proceed with the redemption.
  • The list of products and the number of SLC Points required for the redemption shall be determined by us. For the avoidance of doubt, we may from time to time amend the number of SLC Points required for redemption without issuing prior notice to you.
  • You must check all details of each e-gift card immediately upon receipt of the e-gift card. Any error or discrepancy must be relayed to Wogi immediately.
  • All e-gift cards are offered subject to their availability.
  • E-gift cards cannot be resold or exchanged for cash and/or SLC Points of any value and cannot be used to make credit card payments. Refunds for or replacements of e-gift cards will not be entertained.
  • You are not entitled to earn any SLC Points for redeeming e-gift cards.
  • We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful or unsuccessful redemption. We may cancel or withdraw e-gift cards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the redemption is not or should not have been successful, or is or was unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful.
  • Nothing on the Website should be regarded as our recommendation or endorsement of the quality of the products.
  • We expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, status, availability or adequacy of the products, services, or information provided by Wogi.
  • Any dispute arising from or relating to the products redeemed as e-gift cards shall be settled between you and the supplier of the products. We shall not be held liable for any claim arising from or relating to the products or the redemption process. Please contact Wogi for any queries or complaints relating to the above.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or change these terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
  • Wogi reserves the right to terminate or change any product specific terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
  • In case of any dispute, we have the sole right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions, and our decision shall be final and binding. No covenants at law or in equity shall be implied or incorporated, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
  • You, being a SLC member, are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Shangri-La Circle Programme. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the following order of precedent shall apply: (i) specific product terms and conditions; (ii) these terms and conditions; and (iii) Shangri-La Circle Programme.
  • In the case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
