Sautéd Tiger Prawn with Minced Garlic

Ingredients (recipe for 1 portion)  

  • 1 pc tiger prawn 
  • 1 salted duck egg yolk 
  • 5g coriander 
  • 5g cherries 
  • 3g garlic 
  • 10g butter  

Method

  

  1. Butterfly the prawn and fry. Put aside. 
  2. Fry coriander and garlic in butter until fragrant. Add XO sauce and stir for 2 minutes. 
  3. Pour the sauce over the prawn.
