Ingredients

  • 20g Gordon Euryale seed
  • 200g shrimp
  • 15g asparagus
  • 5g chicken powder

Method

  1. Use Suzhou local nantang Gordon Euryale seeds.
  2. Remove the heads of the shrimps. Fry them together.

Tip

  • Add one drop of soy sauce and two drops of vinegar to enhance the flavours.
