Hailing from Shenzhen, Executive Chef Lin Guodi has been a chef since 1989. He is excellent at cooking Cantonese and Chaozhou cuisines and has served many heads of state and high-ranking government officials. He was named champion at Shangri-La’s Chinese Cooking Final Competition for his Braised Pork with Dan Quan Wine and Stir Fried Spicy Bean Curd with Dried Cauliflower.
