Maguro Tartar Avocado Sauce
Ingredients
100g non fat tuna
50g Chinese yam, diced small
30g spring onions, shredded
1 egg, poached
Soya sauce
Wasabi
Carrot garnish
For the avocado sauce
Avocado
Mayonnaise
French dressing
Method
Mince the tuna and marinate with soya sauce and wasabi according to taste.
Shape the marinated tuna into a round, using a mould.
Place the yam, spring onions and poached egg on the tuna.
Garnish with carrot and avocado sauce on the side.
For the avocado sauce
Make up a paste from the ingredients, according to taste.
