Maguro Tartar Avocado Sauce
Ingredients
- 100g non fat tuna
- 50g Chinese yam, diced
small
- 30g spring onions,
shredded
- 1 egg, poached
- Soya sauce
- Wasabi
- Carrot garnish
For the avocado sauce
- Avocado
- Mayonnaise
- French dressing
Method
- Mince the tuna and
marinate with soya sauce and wasabi according to taste.
- Shape the marinated
tuna into a round, using a mould.
- Top the tuna with the
yam, spring onions and poached egg.
- Garnish with carrot
and avocado sauce on the side.
For the avocado sauce
- Make up a paste from
the ingredients, according to taste.
