Stir-Fried Shrimps and Crusty Dough with Spice Sauce

Ingredients 

  • 200g shrimp
  • 30g sugar
  • 10g water
  • 10g white vinegar
  • 10g rice vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper oil

Method

1. Clean and remove the shrimp intestines and season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and corn starch.

2. Cut the deep-fried dough stick into 1 cm length pieces, and stuff shrimp into each piece of the cut dough stick.

3. Dice green peppers and onions.

4. Fry the shrimp with hot oil.

5. Stir-fry the shrimp and crispy dough together and add the rest of the ingredients into the hot wok.
