Pan-Fried Cod Fish in Soya Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200g cod fish
  • Shallot
  • 10g ginger

Seasoning

  1. Soy
  2. Chicken salt
  3. Sugar
  4. Butter
  5. Sesame oil

Method

  1. Wok fry the cod fish. Set aside to rest. 
  2. Put the seasonings in the wok along with some water. 
  3. Boil until the seasonings are reduced.
  4. Add the cod fish back into the wok and cook until seasonings are almost fully reduced.

Tips

  • Be careful when reducing the sauce or it will become salty
