Houtou Mushrooms Braised In Chicken Broth & Saffron
Ingredients
- 0.05 bot saffron
- 100g hou tou mushroom,
- 100g winter melon
- 250g broccoli
- 0.02bot chicken stock powder
- 0.02pk salt
Method
- Coat hou tou mushroom with
beaten eggs and deep fry.
- Place all items into a pot of chicken stock and stew it with low fire
for about an hour.
