Houtou Mushrooms Braised In Chicken Broth & Saffron

Ingredients

  • 0.05 bot saffron
  • 100g hou tou mushroom,
  • 100g winter melon
  • 250g broccoli
  • 0.02bot chicken stock powder    
  • 0.02pk salt

Method

  1. Coat hou tou mushroom with beaten eggs and deep fry.
  2. Place all items into a pot of chicken stock and stew it with low fire for about an hour.

Tips

  • Ingredients have positive therapeutic effects especially for the stomach.
  • Saffron improves blood circulation.
