Wok-fried Cod Fish in Casserole

Ingredients (serves 4 to 5 persons)

  • 250g cod fish
  • 150g chao zhou pickles
  • 20ml oil
  • 5ml distilled vinegar
  • 600ml special soup (boil pork rib, chicken claw and chicken meat for eight hours)
  • Half a lemon 
  • Half a tomato
  • A pinch of celery

Method

  1. Heat oil in pot.
  2. Pour in the special soup and add chao zhou pickles, cod fish, lemon, tomato and celery into the pot.
  3. Boil for three to five minutes.
  4. Add a little distilled vinegar to the water for a hint of sourness.

Tip 

  • Add chao zhou pickles in the soup for more flavour.
