Wok-fried Goose Liver with Abalone Mushroom

Ingredients

  • 150g goose liver
  • 100g abalone mushroom
  • 30g green capsicum
  • 30g red capsicum
  • 30g yellow capsicum
  • 20g onion
  • 10g garlic
  • 10g chicken powder
  • 10ml soya sauce
  • Salt

Method

  1. Cut the goose liver and abalone mushroom into 2cm cubes.
  2. Cut the capsicum into small diamond-shaped pieces.
  3. Wok-fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes before adding the remaining ingredients.
  4. Season with soya sauce, chicken powder and salt.
