Ingredients

  • 40g bread
  • 40g beef
  • 15g starch
  • 30g scallops
  • 40g potato
  • 10cc soy sauce
  • 10g onion
  • 5g carrot
  • 20g bread crumbs
  • 10g mushroom
  • 10g cucumber
  • 10cc ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 10cc mayonnaise
  • 10cc fried pork sauce
  • 5cc soy sauce
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/8 lemon
  • 5cc Japanese sweet sake
  • 10g onion
  • 10g spicy radish paste

Method

  1. Deep-fry the fresh scallop meat sandwich.
  2. Thinly slice the beef.
  3. Marinate beef with breadcrumbs.
  4. Wrap beef with chopped carrot and cucumber.
  5. Batter and deep-fry.
