PUudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai Names Francois Pietri Executive Pastry Chef

Pudong, China, 4 May 2017 – François Pietri recently joined Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai as executive pastry chef.  In this role, Chef François leads the daily operation and strategy of the pastry and bakery team.
Originally from Antibes in southern France, Chef François Pietri brings his quirky and novel creations to Pudong Shangri-La. The fun-loving and talented chef joins from sister hotel, Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai, where he was lauded for his deliciously creative offerings. 
Having worked side-by-side with master chefs at Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Chef François’s experience spans Monaco, the United Kingdom and Russia, where he led the pastry team as executive pastry chef for one of Moscow’s leading five star hotels.
