“We are glad to hold our Easter activity to support Baicun School. First of all, we will open a window for these young guests to open their minds and bring a world outside of their village to them, to provide a good opportunity for them to know more interesting things, such as the history of Easter festival; secondly, we would like to involve our dining guests in this meaningful activity, especially for families and kids to make friends with Baicun students, to paint colourful eggs together to open up their imagination. What’s more, we hope to secure more funds through the sales of the painted eggs for the school facility’s improvement,” said Jason Xu, general manger of Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu.
Qufu, Shandong, China, 2 April 2014 – As spring blossoms, Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu presents a buffet brunch for 20 students from Baicun Primary School on 20 April 2014. The children will enjoy the festive food and get to paint Easter eggs. All dining guests are encouraged to join the activity. Proceeds from the sale of the painted Easter eggs will be used to improve the school’s facilities.
